You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BeOnShape. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BeOnShape. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The service
BeOnShape provides software for fitness professionals to manage clients, training, nutrition, scheduling, and communication. Features may change as we improve the product. During early access, the service is offered free of charge unless we notify you otherwise.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no illegal content, harassment, unauthorized access attempts, scraping at scale, or interference with other users. You are responsible for the coaching content you create and share with clients.
Intellectual property
BeOnShape and its branding, software, and documentation are our property. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely to provide the service.
Termination
You may stop using BeOnShape at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where practicable. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimer and liability
BeOnShape is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero during free early access.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
