We process personal data to provide our coaching platform to trainers, nutritionists, and their clients. We only collect what we need to run the service, improve it, and keep it secure.

BeOnShape ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our platform.
Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email, password hash), organization and team details, client profiles and coaching data you enter, usage logs, and technical data such as IP address and device type. If you upload photos or documents, we store those on our secure object storage.
How we use your information
We use your data to operate and improve BeOnShape, authenticate users, deliver coaching content to clients, send transactional emails (such as verification and reminders), provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing and processors
We share data only as needed to run the service: with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, object storage) under data-processing agreements, and when required by law. Coaches control what client data is visible within their organization.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can export it or reactivate. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Cookies and local storage
Our public website stores a small amount of data on your device: your language preference, so the site opens in the language you chose, and your cookie decision, so we do not ask again. Analytics storage is off by default and is only used if you accept it. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at privacy@beonshape.com to exercise these rights.
