Protecting coach and client data is central to BeOnShape. This page summarizes the technical and organizational measures we use to keep your information safe.
Encryption
All traffic between your browser and BeOnShape is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text. Files uploaded to the platform are stored in encrypted object storage.
Infrastructure
BeOnShape runs on modern cloud infrastructure in the European Union, with regular backups and monitoring. We keep dependencies up to date and follow secure deployment practices.
Access control
Organizations are isolated tenants — your data is scoped to your organization. Team roles (owner, admin, trainer, nutritionist) control who can view and edit information. Internal access to production systems is limited and audited.
Incident response
We maintain procedures to detect, contain, and remediate security incidents. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by applicable law.
